Any time we try to pack in extra goals, they all suffer together. We have to pick a select few and cut out the others, even if they are appealing. It is a bit counter-intuiti ve, but looks like it has to be done to get somewhere worthwhile.

Too many goals all at once can be overwhelming and sometimes paralyzing. So prioritizing and making a time line can feel daunting at first but is ultimately very helpful. I also wish you happiness and joy.

In my opinion, much better is to have few goals, with many methods of reaching them. Working on several roads simultaneously increases your chance of reaching your goals and you experience much more new things.

It definitely seems to be true that many organizations have a whole list of goals, which leaves employees feeling overwhelmed. My way of dealing with this is to focus on the big picture goals for my life. I keep it very abstract most of the time. When it comes to the specifics, I deal with it one day at a time. I write down what I want to accomplish for the day and I trust the Universe to help me take care of the rest in due time.
